Menko is a Japanese card game which originated in the Edo Period (1603 to 1867). ⁣

The game consists of players taking turns tossing cards on the ground. If one player is successful in flipping another's card, they win both cards. The winner is the one with the most cards at the end of the game. ⁣

Menko cards are typically smaller than regular trading cards and have similar dimensions to vintage mini cards, maybe a bit "taller". They usually feature color halftone (comic style) artwork depicting pop culture figures, baseball players and even professional wrestlers. ⁣

This homage to those cards features everyone's favorite Halloween slasher, Michael Myers. ⁣

⁣This release consists of five (5) different color designs with five (5) unique card backs.⁣

Red background - Blue "Skull" back
Orange background - Green "666" back
Yellow background - Blue "Phone" back
Green background - Red "Skull" back
Blue background - Dark brown "Knife" back

Each card is limited to 31 hand-numbered pieces.

Card background color/back will be chosen at random at time of purchase. If you purchase five (5) or more cards, every effort will be made to assure you receive a full set of background colors/backs.

Cards will be shipped in a penny sleeve inside a sealed toploader.

While these cards are professionally printed, they are assembled and cut by hand and as such, there will be ever so slight variances in the card dimensions and centering. They should be viewed as small batch, handmade, collectible art pieces.
